Always Expand Selected Conversation: Outlook messages are expanded to display all the emails in a conversation when you open the conversation. - I was running into this issue in Outlook 2013 for Windows. It worked fine in Outlook for Mac (and Gmail, and pretty much every other modern email client) but in Outlook 2013 for Windows, it would completely collapse everything. The solution was simple: do NOT put in px if you are declaring a pixel width (with the exception of inline styles).
To collapse (or minimize) the Ribbon, do one of the following:
- Double-click the label of the tab you're currently using.
